Are all prints that I buy here at Finest Hour Art exclusive to this site?

Yes - www.adamtooby.com does not sell on any other Aviation, Transportation or Art on any other websites. The number of prints in a limited edition will never exceed the stated number.

 

Can they be personalised by the artist?

Yes, no problem! Adam personally signs and numbers every print once he is happy with the quality. I f you would like a gift message adding then let us know when you place your order.

 

What is a Giclee print?

The fine art prints (Giclee) provided by Adam Tooby are produced using archival quality (280gsm) paper. The paper used conforms to UV and longevity tests as specified by the guild of fine art as well as international standards DIN6738; ANSI Z93.48-1984 and ISO9706. Each print is produced using a 12 colour pigment printer to ensure that colour accuracy and fine detail is accurately reproduced. The effect of this is to give a much more crisper image that wont fade.  The giclee method of printing requires manual operation. This means that giclee is ideal for short runs of 50 or less prints although the cost per print is significantly higher than with other forms of printing.

 

Do you ship outside of Europe?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Each print is carefully wrapped in Acid Free Tissue paper and rolled into one of our highly robust postal tubes to ensure a safe delivery to your door.

 

What about global shipping costs ?

We charge a standard £8.95 shipping charge no matter where the buyer lives.

 

How long does it take before my order arrives?

Shipping times differ. On average you should allow up to 4 weeks before your print will arrive but if you need something urgently please let us know.

 

What about remarques ?

Depending on the artwork, digital and traditional remarques are available. A traditional remarque features an original and unique pencil drawing at the bottom of the print. A digital remarque has a printed drawing along with the main artwork and will only ever be printed in the limited edition as stated.
